That's Amore restaurant is the creation of two dynamic and entrepreneurial young men, Domenico and Leonardo, who share a passion for the culinary world.


The name "That's Amore" was inspired by the famous Dean Martin song and celebrates Italian culture abroad.


At That's Amore, we aim to showcase our culinary skills and bring a taste of Italy to your table.


We believe in the power of love, passion, and respect for the art of cooking, and it shows in every dish we prepare.


So come join us, and let us take you on a journey of authentic Italian flavors, from the comfort of our charming place.

Our kitchen

The chef's goal is to transmit his passion for the culinary art by making you discover new flavors of Italian gastronomy. 

He emphasizes the use of local products, favoring short circuits as much as possible.

The objective is to make you discover the true Italian gastronomic culture and to make you aware of the traditional Italian cuisine.

We will take you on a sensory journey filled with unique emotions, from the moment you arrive until dessert.


That's Amore is a world of authentic experiences and delicate emotions for the palate.


A warm and welcoming atmosphere, in which you can taste traditional Italian dishes revisited with a modern touch.


We offer a menu that changes several times throughout the year, with a careful selection of seasonal products and particular attention to the choice of raw materials.

We will collaborate with the best fish importers and select the best cuts of meat.


The Chef

His name is Leonardo and he is a true lover of cooking.


During his travels through various regions of Italy and the world, he has acquired an encyclopedic knowledge of cuisine and culinary culture.


His studies in hotel management at one of the most prestigious institutes in Calabria only reinforced his passion for cooking.


During his culinary adventures in Florence, Turin and the Canary Islands, he discovered new flavors and inspirations that fueled his culinary creativity.


Finally, he moved to Lausanne to make his dream come true: to share his passion for cooking with the world by opening his own restaurant.


He will be delighted to welcome you and help you discover the richness of Italian cuisine and culinary culture.


He promises a warm and unforgettable culinary experience!

Domenico began his career in the restaurant world as a waiter at an early age.


After finishing his studies, he chose to take up a new challenge in Lausanne.


He joined the team of the prestigious Hotel Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne, where he acquired solid experience in prestigious service.

His passion for Italian cuisine and his expertise in customer service make him a valuable asset to our restaurant.

With his warm smile and attention to detail, Domenico is committed to providing an exceptional service experience to all of our customers.
